Enables organization to achieve greater flexibility and attain competitive advantages by leveraging its human capital. Conducts needs analysis and resource allocation studies to determine most effective use of human capital resources. Makes recommendations to top management based on research. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 

Focus on leadership readiness and coaching, alignment of organization to meet the change and measurement of change success in association with Program goals. 

Minimum Requirements: 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Communications or related field. Associate’s Degree and five years of change management experience. 

•Advanced degree a plus 

Experience: Five (5) or more years of change management experience, focusing on assessments, strategy and execution aligned with cross functional IT Programs and projects 

License: Change management certification or designation preferred, such as Prosci 

Project and assignment specifics: 
The project is to establish a new set of metrics and processes that come from receiving voice of customer feedback. This will affect several organizations (namely the Voice of Customer team and the call center agents). 

This position will be heavy on the change management side; however, if the candidate has some operational design experience it would be preferred. The call center agents will be going through a significant change in work process and to have knowledge of when work shifts to a completely different model would help to provide perspective of how the agents will react and that the client has organized the work appropriately given the different goals/metrics.
