Help Desk 1
The duration of this contract will be the State Fiscal year 2018 which starts after October 1, 2017 and ends June 30th 2018 with a possibility of renewing beyond that date. Management will reserve the right and inform the company 30 days prior to June 30th 2018.
The position is Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm with 60 minute unpaid lunch.
· 2+ years’ experience in a technical Helpdesk role with mandatory of having good communication skills both in written and oral and customer friendly.
· 2+ years troubleshooting technical user issues and documenting the needed information into the ServiceNow platform.
· 2+ years’ experience supporting windows OS (7, 8.1 and preferably 10)
· 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft active directory (2008/2012) and Microsoft Windows OS as well as the Office suite (Office 365).
· 2+ years of experience in a position where good communication and customer service is required.
· Live within 30 miles from 150 E. Campus View Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43235 and will report to the same address.
· Having a valid Ohio’s driver license.
