Help Desk Analyst
The selected applicant will:
• Perform 8-10 hours of service calls weekly (to afford our existing four Service Desk team members approximately 2 hours of A+ certification preparation time weekly)
• Serve as a primary subject matter expert for an ongoing project to review and refresh approximately 200 PCs and associated hardware.
• Serve as a primary subject matter expert for an upcoming project to upgrade all PCs to Windows 10
• Develop incident resolution documentation
• Develop request fulfillment documentation
