Job Description :
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the overall marketing strategy and leading the execution of all Social Media Marketing projects and content concept for all digital channels. Position will be responsible for driving the day-to-day social content, execution and analytics across all social platforms, email, web, in-store and mobile. This role will partner closely with creative (design and photo) to support the social strategy and drive critical project milestones and deliverables. This role is also responsible for overseeing social content calendars, as well as the management and agency relationship for all paid social ads. They must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment, have a proven ability to multi-task and should have deep expertise across various disciplines including: Social Media Strategy & Analytics, Storytelling and Content Creation, Community Management and Customer Care. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create engaging and fresh strategies for existing social media outlets, thoughtfully expand social media ecosystem and oversee the management of campaigns and day-to-day activities • Maintain a deep understanding of the female consumer (sweet-spot being the 23 yr old woman), which includes her shopping habits, cultural interests, speech and use of technology • Identify the key performance indicators to evaluate campaign and content performance to drive business results • Track and monitor the effectiveness of social initiatives (i.e. reach, relevance and influence) and provide actionable and insightful reports for leadership teams • Work with agency to create weekly, monthly and as needed measurement reports that capture key performance indicators and actionable insights. Clearly articulates results and recommendations • Identify content opportunities across the company that can be creatively translated and communicated through social media platforms • Provide insights gained from social media monitoring to cross-functional teams to help the business evolve its strategies in a timely fashion • Develop holistic content plans across all digital channels to create a cohesive story for the customer, including copy and content creation for organic and paid social, email content and subject lines, site content and special projects • Collaborate with agency to create a dynamic paid social media strategy based on trend, and technological opportunities as well as business changes • Consult with store and direct teams to inform them of social media plans and associated content • Evolve and drive corporate wide social media policies and objectives • Reviews all cross-channel calendars to identify supportive tactics and recommend new opportunities to drive customer engagement (in store/online/social). • Maintain creative delivery checklists across all digital channels and ensures creative is delivered on time and routed through all appropriate parties • Swiftly communicates and accurately tracks business changes to make sure the information is reflected in all the appropriate channels and all relevant partners are informed. • Works with legal on new business contracts, agency relationships/transitions and monthly retainers 
Required Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: • Excellent command of the English language; i.e. grammar, spelling, writing and culturally relevant words, sayings popular with the 23 year old female. • Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies • Experience managing influencer programs • Proven track record in developing/supporting social paid media strategies • Organized, meticulous, deadline oriented, & works well under pressure • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills • Global social media management experience preferred, but not mandatory • Analytical and logical thinker • PASSIONATE & proactive – wants to contribute to the company’s success

 EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • 5+ years experience in social media • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience • Some experience with a major retail / consumer brand (agency experience acceptable) • Experience with digital marketing platforms (inclusive of mobile web and apps) • Experience with managing social communities (e.g.> Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, SnapChat, YouTube) • Proficient knowledge of Social Media Management tools such as Spredfast • Working knowledge of supportive tools such as Curalate • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel (experience with design software
