Job Description :

Must possess the ability to:



  • Help to facilitate and identify appropriate sourcing strategies

  • Develop candidates to present to hiring managers

  • Maintain relationships with all candidates for future openings

  • Work as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers and human resources partners

  • Build strong relationships with the various line and functional clients to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process


 


Required Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of staffing experience in organizations of size that are recognized for "best practices" in Talent Acquisition

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver customer-focused and talent oriented solutions as a member of a local Talent Acquisition Team.

  • Must have the ability to be a highly effective relationship builder

  • Proven ability and comfort in effectively sourcing passive candidates

  • Demonstrated competencies in the areas of recruitment

  • Ability to deal with rapidly changing organizational issues and manage the impact of change on the organization, its culture and associates

  • Experience with Social Media Recruiting (i.e. Linked In, Facebook and Twitter) is required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Confident enough to gamble on themselves


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
